    • Fortnightly Check-Ins: Regular follow-ups to track your progress, provide feedback, and make adjustments as needed.

    • Ongoing Support 24/7 Whatsapp access: Continuous guidance, motivation, and accountability to help you stay on track and achieve lasting results.

$280 once off

    • 45 minute nutrition consultation: To discuss your goals, current diet and help formulate a plan

    • Custom Meal plan: Tailored for your goals, preferences and lifestyle

    • Video Guide: A 10 minute video to walk you through the meal plan and how to implement it

    • Shopping List: A full shopping list with all items that will be in your meal plan

    • 1 follow up 45 minute consultation: To review the meal plan and make adjustments as needed before handing over
